Our Standards

Passtur’s canning process includes in-line sanitation.

Filling is performed under counterpressure in a sealed environment & a secondary inert air-blade purge of headspace is performed as the closure is applied.

All equipment is sanitized & purged with inert gas immediately prior to use, with additional steam sanitization available.

Dissolved oxygen levels, temperature, pressure & pH are actively monitored & maintained at all stages of production.

The Extra Mile

Finished samples are held, monitored, & tested at Passtur’s Quality Contol facility.

Full microbial &/or shelf stability analysis is available upon request.

Product development, formulation, scale-up and troubleshooting consulting is available upon request.
